Works description

The development will consist of the restoration and conversion of the building fabric and works to the Western Chronic Block (A protected Structure) containing Units 1, 2 & 3 to provide new office and education accommodation to the First and Second floors. The site works will consist of the provision of 100 total car spaces to the existing laundry area and 8 No. Disabled Accessible spaces to the rear of the building along with a screen wall and gates to the existing storage yard, cycle storage, bin stores, boiler house, ramped access to the garden areas, landscaping and all other associated site works.
