Works description

Office fitout works to part Upper Ground and First Floor levels, to include demolition of existing internal partitions and ceilings and construction of new internal partitions and ceilings to form open plan office space, meeting rooms, reception area and kitchen/dining spaces. Associated adjustments and additions to existing Mechanical & Electrical services and replacement of doors to landlord cores included. No additional floor area is proposed to be created and the works do not involve the subdivision of any tenancies, and as such, it is considered that there is no requirement for a Fire Safety Certificate application.
