Works description
The development will consist of an extension to the existing plant divided into 2 no. phases: Phase 01 - construction of a warehouse with 2 no. loading bays with a floor area of 1030 sq. metres and an overall height of 16 metres and all associated site works and services connections. Phase 02 - construction of a new production facility, consisting of a manufacturing suite with a floor area of 1811 sq. metres at ground floor, 1363 sq. metres at first floor and an overall height of 14 metres and all associated site works and services connections. All located on the north east elevation of the existing facility.
