To construct 1) A single storey bungalow type dwelling 2) A secondary sewage treatment system with percolation area. 3) A bored well. 4) All associated ancillary ground works. The site will be accessed from the public road via my parents existing driveway under an agreed right of way arrangement. All of the above works on my site at Slatequarries, Rathmore, Naas, Co. Kildare.
