Works description

Change of use of the part ground floor of Building 4 from permitted office to laboratory. Minor modifications to elevations comprising the installation of louvers and non-transparent windows at ground floor on north, east and north west elevations. Provision of associated caged plant area accommodating a generator at basement level. Additional plant at roof level within the existing plant enclosure area and all associated site and development works approved under FSC/DR/240/17. This revised Fire Safety Certificate Application is being made to take account of some layout changes from the scheme previously approved under FSC/DR/240/17. These layout changes are relatively minor in nature, and are shown on the enclosed proposed ground floor plan.
