Works description
The proposed works are the change of use of Bay 89.1, Shannon Free Zone West, from office accommodation to a retail space and restaurant and an upgrade of the building and ancillary services to include revisions to the existing car parking allocation. The works will be brought to a shell and core standard where a Future tenant will carry out any further fit out requirements.
