Works description
Alterations to the internal layout of the Tourist Office. Replacing the existing entrance doors on the North and South elevations with new timber entrance doors and side screens. Break through the Western wall of the Tourist Office and install a full height window. Change the use of part of the second floor to office accommodation. Provide a new vehicular ramp and planters from the Friary Car Park to the North elevation of the building The installation of associated signage. All ancillary site works.
