Works description
The proposed development will consist of the removal of an existing sun room to the rear of the dwelling and the construction of a single storey extension to house a dining room and a utility room of 43m2 in area. Two existing window openings (one from the hallway and one from the kitchen) will be lowered to provide access into the new extension. An existing WC off the hallway will be adjusted to provide access into the new extension. The proposal also includes for the installation of a small WC in one of the first floor bedrooms and ancillary site works.
