Change of use and adaption as a community facility, restoration of the external fabric to include the restoration of existing roof structure, replacement of the existing roof covering, lead work and rain water goods to replicate historic details, new roof structure and alterations to existiing porch to accommodate draught lobby, restoration of existing windows and iron work, and cleaning, repairs and re-pointing of existing stone and brick work to front and side elevations. Internal works to consist of complete internal refurbishment, re-instatement of the first floor to its historic position, relining of external walls, general redecoration and new heating, plumbing and electrical installations. Drainage and connections to existing public services and all associated site works
