Works description

The original planning application under Planning Ref. no. 24380 was for the erection of a Portal Frame building to house a Hardware store with Storage Space, and the extension to the building under Planning Ref. 20031351 was for the erection of an extension to an existing retail premises for commercial purposes. The building has always been used as a commercial retail shop premises with associated storage and we are not changing the use of the building from that which was granted permission by installing a Pharmacy in part of the premises. We are subdividing the premises to provide for a separate tenancy in the building. The FSC has been validated under ref no: 3013373. The application was submitted 14/6/23. The decision is due on 10/08/2023.
