Works description
The development will consist of a single storey building to be located in a new Tank Farm compound. Other works will include (i) the construction of a new tank farm (including 6 no. tanks at 21.6m high), waste water treatment tanks, a water storage tank, storage containers; (ii) the construction of a new site entrance and internal access road, erection of new boundary fence to extended site, hard and soft landscaping and associated site works; (iii) alterations to previously granted cooling tower enclosure (Planning Ref.
