Works description
Construction of a new information and communications technology (ICT) Facility building and associated development at 3-4, Crag Avenue, Clondalkin Industrial Estate, Clondalkin, Dublin 22. The proposed development will comprise the construction Building DUB11, (Formerly ICT 1) through 2 phases. Phase 1 works comprise of the external envelope and structure only and will not be for occupation. Phase 2 will comprise of the internal work and will be finalised prior to occupation.
