Proposal to construct extension to rear/east of existing farmhouse dwelling, demolition of existing sunroom to south and replacement with feature bay window to south, new window to southern elevation at first floor, extension of the dwelling to the west/northwest and reuse of existing adjoining agricultural out-house as habitable accommodation and this to be integrated into the main dwelling to function as one dwelling, alterations, refurbishment and upgrading of existing dwelling, repair and re-roofing of existing damaged out-house, to the south east, to be used as garage, upgrading of the existing site effluent system as appropriate, modification of external walls and fencing as appropriate and all associated works
