The refurbishment of 72 number apartment units located in three four storey blocks (including the amalgamation of 18 no. units to provide 9 larger size units) resulting in 63 no. refurbished and upgraded apartments. The construction of a three and four storey apartment block to the north of two of the refurbished existing blocks comprising 14 no. apartments, the construction of a four storey block to the north of the third refurbished block comprising 8 no. apartments. The construction of 6 no. three storey houses and 3 no. 2 storey houses to the south of the refurbished blocks and the construction of a three storey apartment block also to the south of refurbished block comprising 6 no. apartments giving a total number of 37 new build units. Landscape improvements to the grounds and curtilage of the three blocks to include hard and soft landscaping, parking provision, boundary treatment and gates, private gardens, CCTV security and public lighting.
