Works description
Development of a new utilities building including offices, workshops, stores and a new pipebridge, and extension and alterations to existing Administration and Laboratory Building (total area 1,934 m2) all to support the existing Fill Finish Building. The development includes a new road entrance and security building and site ancillaries including redesigned car parking areas, firewater pump house, electrical substation, generators, water tanks, gas/solvent store, signage, perimeter fence, hard and soft landscaping.
