Works description
Construction of a single storey substation and taxi cabin, with total floor area of c.84.5m2, at Liffey Valley Shopping Centre (LVSC). The proposed unit will form part of the wider extension works to the existing Unit 42 within the centre (addressed under separate FSC application Reg. Ref. 19/6035/7D). The proposed unit will be a standalone structure and will be situated adjacent the Unit 42 extension as illustrated on the accompanying plans at Fonthill Road, Dublin 22.
