Works description

The development will consist of external and internal conservation works and renovations of the existing single dwelling unit and existing separate basement apartment at No 28 Longford Terrace.In the basement apartment allow for removal of 20th century partition to hall and structural work required to basement walls and ceiling. An original supporting wall had previously been removed without adequate strengthening causing deflection in floors throughout.
