Renovation of Sigginstown Castle from ruinous to habitable conditions. Footprint includes adjoining 16th century tower, 18th century attached house, 19th century agricultural building/barn. The footprint will be extended to include a 2-story master bedroom suite with rooms above. Development must comply with Dept. of Heritage constraints on historic buildings and planning permission conditions. Where possible the building renovations will comply with relevant requirements of building regulations.
