Works description

This application relates to the proposed construction of a single storey Vehicle Service Building (VSB) at an existing fuel farm in Dublin Airport. The proposed building will be a single storey structure divided into two separate occupancies and will have a total floor area of 600sqm. The building will be occupied by the two operators of the fuel farm. The two operators have set out specific requirements for the amount of personnel that are to be accommodated in the adjacent office building but there is a possibility that the VSB could contain more people and as such it’s design occupancy will be based on the relevant occupancy load factors.
