Public-safe works description

The proposed works will consist of the necessary layout changes and separation works to use the ground floor as an open plan community space that can be used for a variety of activities/meetings and to use the first floor as an open plan office area and meeting space. Foresters Hall is located on Market Street in Dundalk and was constructed in 1902. The building was originally used as one of the first credit unions in the country and was referred to as the ‘Dundalk Friendly Benefit Society’. Following this, the ground floor of the building was used as a cinema with the first being retained for office/administrative purposes. The building had a number of different tenants over the years with the building laying vacant for the last number of years.

This is one source-family notice identity, retained separately even when it belongs to a grouped project. Personal names, contacts, Eircodes and raw private addresses are not included.
