Works description

To carry out alteration/extension works to Miltown Malbay Community Hall. The works involve (a) new windows, doors and roof lights on the front elevation, (b) to construct a new first floor extension to the right hand side of the property comprising of new meeting/training room, office and mezzanine seating area (c) internal alterations to include a new café area, toilets, meeting room/café extension, performers dressing room and kitchenette (d) to replace the roof on the main sports hall (e) to enclose outdoor storage areas. The development is located within an architectural conservation area at Church Street, Miltown Malbay, Co. Clare.
