Works description

The project is a refurbishment and extension of an existing building on St. Stephens Green. The front part of the building is a protected structure and to the rear is an office block originally constructed in the 1980’s. The proposed works include: - 1. The removal of 3 parking spaces at basement level to accommodate a new AHU plant area; 2. Increasing the office floor area on Ground – Fourth floor by 26m2 per floor; 3. The addition of two floors to the rear building, (i.e. Fifth and Sixth floor); 4. Providing a link bridge between the rear office building and the protected structure on third and fourth floor. The Fire Safety Certificate relates only with the rear office building and the front part of the building is not applicable to this commencement notice.
