Works description

(i) Extension and material alteration of the existing single storey service station amenity building consisting of an increase in overall floor area from the existing 289sq.m. to the proposed 513 sq.m., a revised floor layout incorporating a new retail area and hot food offer, an additional hot food offer, revised seating area, circulation, customer toilets, storage and staff areas, (ii) New external storage compounds, (iii) Revisions to the site layout consisting of 17 No. new car parking spaces, 4 No. HCV parking spaces, 18 No. covered bicycle parking spaces and the relocation of existing car wash plant room, (iv) Elevational changes to the building including relocation of signage and new entrance doors, (v) All associated drainage works, boundary treatments and all other site development works.
