Works description

Proposed development includes the construction of a single storey storage building that is ancillary to a dwelling and is used exclusively for storage purposes. It will not used for the purposes of any trade or business or for human habitation, as detailed within the planning decision F22B/0106. A fire certificate is not required. Full planning permission has been received for the proposed development. Additional documentation is be required to be submitted with the completed Commencement Notice for; (a) the design and construction of a new dwelling, (b) an extension to a dwelling involving a total floor area greater than 40 square metres, (c) works to which Part III applies S.I. No. 496 of 1997 as amended-. The proposed development falls outside of (a) to (c) as a fire certificate is not required. For all other works not falling under (a) to (c) only the completed Commencement Notice is required to be signed and submitted or filed electronically on the National commencement notice. Therefore, additional documentation accompanying this notice is not required.(S.I. 351 of 2009).
