7-Day Notice - The works will consist of; The demolition of: existing single storey extensions to rear of protected structure: conversion of existing protected structure into 2 no. apartments consisting of 1 no. 2 bedroom extended apartment at lower ground level and 1 no. 5 bedroom apartment at upper ground and first floor levels and existing return extended with new glazes façade and bathroom windows on side elevation; Renovation works to include replacement of old windows, re-pointing of front façade, re-plastering of rear façade and return and new hard and soft landscaping front and back.
