Works description
2.1 The works shall consist of the following scope of works • The removal of asbestos roof slates • The re-roofing of the building in accordance with detailed drawings • Internal alterations to the existing layout as shown on the drawings • The construction of a new cladding façade to the front of the building • Re-wiring of the building and installation of heating and ventilation systems • Supply and installation of retractable canopy to the front of the building • New paving and concrete works to the areas as detailed on the drawings. • General finishes throughout the building and all associated ancillary site works
