Works description
Removal of existing roof smoke ventilation units and replacement with low level permanent vents and high-level permanent eaves ventilation. Existing roof sheeting and gable cladding to be removed and replaced with new insulated roof sheeting and single skin cladding. Upgrade of electrical, fire alarm and security systems. Upgrade of existing sprinkler system. Upgrade of existing drainage system to rear. Upgrade of the existing fire proofing to main structural steel elements of the structure. Construction of small (non-qualifying) extension of the existing building for building services.
