Works description
Proposed works comprise of a new, single storey link corridor which is to be constructed on the grounds of St. Joseph’s Secondary School, Doon Rd, Ballybunion. The link corridor will allow for the inclusion and access to the existing main school building from the existing detached special education unit building. Planning permission is not required for the proposed works in accordance with CLASS 57 of the exempted development classes in the Schedule to the Regulations (floor area of extension in within the maximum allowable).
