'OPT OUT' 1. The removal of the existing single-storey conservatory & dining room extensions to the rear of the existing dwelling. 2. The construction of a new single storey rear extension to consist of a lounge/ dining room & kitchen with a stepped flat roof over. 3. Removal of existing garage, utility room & w.c. to side for the construction of a proposed 2 storey side extension to consist of a garage utility room & w.c at ground floor & 2 no. bedrooms at first floor. 4. Conversion of existing & proposed attic spaces for use as study/ store room with 1 no. flat roof dormer window, and 3 no. roof windows to rear of main dwelling. 5. 1 no. proposed roof window to front of main roof to serve stairwell. 6. General internal remodel & house upgrade to suit new floor layouts with all structural, drainage and site related works to be implemented.
