Works description
new two storey style dwelling and detached domestic garage to replace 3 of the 6 no. 4 bed dormer dwellings previously sought under planning ref. TA/140080. The development will also include relocating hammer head at end of estate road in accordance with new site layout which will incorporate a recessed domestic entrance as well as to modify / relocate pedestrian link / walkways & footbridge over stream at North-West boundary of site as per Meath County Development Plan – Kildalkey Land Use Zoning Objectives. The development will also include a right-of-way for mains sewer serving Bellview Court housing development, right-of-way to maintain stream together with all associated site works.
