Shopfront repaint and signage to existing Gourmet Burger Kitchen Restaurant,5 Anne Street South, Dublin 2 PROTECTED STRUCTURE: Development will consist of: i) Minor repair and improvement works to timber framed shop front at ground floor level; ii) New shop front signage comprising 1 no. replacement fascia level sign, 1 no. replacement projecting blade sign, 1 no. replacement vinyl sign to transom window section (above doorway) and 1 no. replacement menu sign; iii) Replacement folding arm awning on front elevation; iv) all ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development.
