Extension and alterations to and within the curtilage of a Protected Structure, consisting of the following principal elements: 1. Refurbishment of existing coach house to include re-instating slate roof and lime render to external walls, provision of roof lights, enlarged window ope to south elevation, minor adjustments to opes to north and east and replacement of modern windows with double glazed timber windows. 2. Proposed small single storey extension to existing single storey link between coach house and existing house. 3. Replacement of sanitary ware to en-suite to first floor bedroom to west wing. 4. Single storey extension in place of castellated single storey extension to south of existing house, along with widening of single door to double doors into new extension. 5. First floor extension of existing bathroom over new single storey extension to southern elevation. 6. Realignment of driveway within garden and replacement of old leylandii trees to northern boundary with new 2.5m hardwood fence and 3.0m Portuguese Laurel in front. 7. New railings to match existing to east wing of main house. 8. Replacement to south of house of Chinese granite on terrace and path with limestone and replacement of Astroturf with gravel. 9.
