The project scope of work generally involved the following key aspects; • Moving floor boxes • Removing suspended ceiling ground floor and spraying the exposed ceiling and services • Acoustic panels in the ceiling and separating areas • New flooring throughout • Fire rating existing distribution board • New stud and glazed partitioning • Joinery in canteen area • Decoration to all wall including feature walls • New light installation ground floor area, canteen & meeting room • Alternations to existing mechanical system include fresh air • AC split unit in comms room • New data cabling throughout • Alternations to existing life safety system • Builders work in connection with Mechanical & Electrical Installation
