To demolish existing ground floor gable bedroom and adjoining stone wall stable to existing farm house and construct new two storey extension comprising of ground floor new entrance hall, kitchen/dining area, shower room and new lounge room with three bedrooms to first floor and form new connecting corridor to existing house with new hot press and office area, new knapp plaster render to existing house front elevation to match new extension external finish, connect new and existing foul drainage to new wastewater treatment system and percolation beds with internal alterations to existing house with all associated site works to farm house.
