Change of use from warehouse and trade counter to a Jaguar/Landrover motor trade facility incorporating internal building amendments to the ground floor allowing for a new and used vehicle showroom area (1548sqm), workshop/valet/parts department (967 sqm) and covered vehicle storage area (600 sqm). At first floor the parts department will be on a mezzanine floor (128 sqm). The proposals allow for a new elevation treatment and new corporate signage comprising 1 no. free standing entrance pylon and 6 building mounted name and logo signs.
