Works description

The demolition of first floor side structure (approx. 8sqm) and associated roof, the demolition of rear shed (approx. 7sqm), the construction of a part single, part double storey extension to the side and rear with part pitched, part flat roof (total floor area of ground and first floor extensions approx. 126sqm) and the construction of 15sqm garage accessed from front driveway. The development will also include the conversion of the attic together with the construction of an associated dormer structure to the rear roof (west) with window and associated rooflight to rear of roof, externally insulating the retained house (render and brick slip finish), alterations to internal layouts, demolition of rear chimney stack, additional window opes, widening existing gateposts and changes to selected existing window opes, proposed rooflights and all associated site works
