71 no. dwelling units which will consist of the following: a) 9 no. 2 bed two storey terraced dwellings, b) 24 no. 3 bed two semi-detached dwelling units, 3) 18 no. 4 bed two storey semi-detached dwelling units, d) 12 no. 4 bed two storey detached dwelling units, e) three storey apartment units consisting of 4 no. 2 bed apartments at ground floor level & 4 no. 3 bed duplex apartment units at first & second floor level, f) ancillary landscaping & boundary treatments, g) the construction of a walking/running track with ancillary works to part of the lands designated "passive open space" within the current Wicklow Town Local Area Plan and, h) connection to public services with associated attenuation systems on site
