for the construction of a two storey extension (total floor area = 605sqm) to the rear of the existing single storey school building (floor area of existing single storey school building = 845sqm) incorporating a 2 No. Classroom Special Education Unit, Staff Room, Staff W/C's, and Principals Office at ground floor level together with 1 No. Mainstream Classroom over at first floor level, decommissioning of existing septic tank and percolation area, provision of a new waste water treatment system and tertiary polishing filter, provision of a new car parking area to the rear of the site providing 18 No. car parking spaces, part demolition (floor area to be demolished = 17sqm) of existing annex to the side of the existing school building and rebuilding front facade in order to provide access to the proposed car parking area to the rear of the site, minor internal alterations, demolition of existing water tower to the rear, amendments to / realignment of the existing front boundary wall to provide separate pedestrian and vehicular entrances, new basketball court and astro-turf pitch to the rear and all associated site works.
