Permission sought for refurbishment works to existing residential building currently set out in four separate houses to include the following: (a) Sub-division of both end houses into two separate houses each to create an overall block of six residential houses, (b) off street parking for all six houses, (c) removal of hipped roof to both ends and the creation of gable ends to the overall building to include a gable wall window at each end, (d) attic conversions to all six houses to include velux rooflights to the front façade and dormer windows to the rear façade in each house, (e) external insulation to the entire block with the removal of the brickwork, (f) Associated elevational revisions to include opening up of 2 no. new hall doors to the 2 no. additional houses, (g) connections to all services and associated site development works.
