Works description
Alterations, renovation and a single storey extension to our existing dwelling to incorporate a former garage for use as a family flat plus a new waste water treatment system plus all associated site works. Retention permission is also sought for indefinite retention of unauthorized conversion of a domestic garage to flat (which shall be incorporated into the main dwelling as described above) plus indefinite retention of unauthorized secondary site access at Castlebanny, Mullinavat, Co.
