Works description
It is proposed to construct a new residential development (Block 1) in the Charlesland area in the southern side of Greystones, Co. Wicklow. The development will consist of a 6-storey apartment block, served by two single stairs, with apartments located from ground to fifth floor. At ground floor, it is proposed to provide ancillary accommodation, plant space, a bin store, and an electrical generator/store. The ancillary accommodation is accessed directly from the outside and will not communicate with the rest of the building.
