Works description
To construction a two storey attached extension (8.25m High) to the existing unit 10 building as granted under reference DA/60506. These works will consist of the construction of a Warehouse, Office Space, Canteen facilities and utilities. The permission will also consist of a new site entrance to the North of the site along with additional car parking, bicycle shelter, revised site boundaries and loading bays to the rear of the proposed extension. Internal modifications to the existing first floor area as granted under reference AA/190534 are also proposed and all ancillary site development works and services
