Demolition of the non-original former garage structure to the front side (east) and replacement with new single storey garage structure and demolition of the non-original north end of the two storey return structure; removal of non-original timber outer porch door and surround; removal of non-original: partitions, fittings and fixtures; removal of asbestos material; repair of natural slate roof & valleys; repair of soffits and eaves; repair rain water gutters and downpipes and chimneys; construction of new (39m2) two storey return with a new (13m2) single storey garden store to side (east); new structural alterations and partitions to each level to facilitate residential use: repair of sash windows, existing plasterwork and joinery; renewal of services; repairs and repointing of front garden wall; decoration; change of use to revert back to residential use and associated site works.
