The proposed -Amendments include the following: 1. The ground floor extension to be set back from the inside face of the southern boundary wall by a distance varying from 820mm to 935mm. 2. The ground floor extension to be 3.6m high; 3.The chimney to southern gable of proposed extension shall be omitted; 4. The proposed window in bedroom 4 in the new extension shall have the side window element which faces South, fitted with obscure glazing.
