Public-safe works description

The extension will comprise of 4 new classrooms, each with 2 ensuite WCs, 2 new SET rooms, 2 new resource rooms, a new office and new assisted WC, a new stair core and enclosed two storey link corridors with minor alterations to the existing building facade to facilitate the above. New fire rated stud walls and doors are to be added to the connecting existing corridors and classrooms. An existing lift will be removed and replaced. External works will include 8 additional parking spaces, and a new hard surface yard/ playing space along with all associated site works.
