Works description
The development will consist of a new detached single storey dwelling house (area 142m2) with a pitched roof design. A new vehicular entrance will form the new site entrance with piers, wing walls and gates. The application will include a new connection to the public drainage system to cater for the wastewater generated from the development. Surface and roof water drainage will run to a new soakway on the site. Also included for are all associated siteworks and pedestrian paths.
