The first phase of a phased redevelopment and change of use of the former Coláiste Íosagáin, now derelict, at Slievereagh, Ballyvourney, Macroom, Co. Cork. The proposed phase 1 development includes • the demolition of the single storey structure to the rear of the existing building • the construction of a new three storey extension, comprising of entrance lobby, lift, stairways, toilets, circulation, plant rooms to the rear of the existing main building • the refurbishment and alterations of the central section of the existing building • alterations to the existing site entrance boundary walls and gates, new carparking areas, drainage works, landscaping, signage and all associated site works.
