7-Day Notice - The proposed works is the segregation of blocks I-J-K-L-Main Atrium from blocks E-F-G-H-Link Gallery to provide 2 separate tenancies. The actual works proposed are limited to the following: • A new compartment wall between Blocks E-H and the main atrium. • A new compartment wall between Blocks E-H and block I. • Upgrade the escape route serving stairways A & B and exit C through block H. • Removing access from the link gallery at 2nd and 4th floors into the main atrium. • The installation of a new fire escape door and roller shutter to the rear facade as per planning application 4712/18. It should be noted that the above works are considered temporary works as the proposal in the future is to revert to a single tenancy for the entire bankcentre as it stands and covered by the original approved fire certificate (FSC 1173/05). The principles of the original fire safety certificate (FSC 1173/05) are all retained.
