Works description
The development will consist of the change of use of part ground floor of existing house to shop unit. The proposed works include the demolition of chimney stacks and the blocking up of some existing ground floor windows. Permission is also sought for the re-configuration of the first area of the existing house to create a one bedroom apartment. This proposal shall include a new stairs access to the first floor and the provision of a balcony to serve this apartment over the existing flat roof to the rear of the building.
