The development will consist of altering the floor plan and elevations of previously approved planning applications (granted under planning application ref. no. KA/140125 and KA/140886), by (a) extending the existing sitting room located on north west of the building, (b) constructing a new sunroom to the south west elevation and (c) constructing an en-suite extension to the south east elevation together with all associated site works.
